Garland Addie Top in Green Cane

We just LOVE a peplum top!!  Addie is a peplum top that is fitted but not tight and has the perfect puff sleeve.  The peplum is long enough to cover what you want, but offers a flattering flounce. Garland's  focus was on detailing that would be sure to be noticed (and envied...). 

Offered in an emerald green cane print, The Addie Top is made to pair with the Addie Skirt, but it looks great alone with a pair of pants as well!
