Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us!

Our return policy is for store credit only. Store credit works just like cash, and never expires.

Item are eligible for return if:

      • All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached
      • Items are shipped back within 14 days from the original purchase date
      • All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains
      • Sale merchandise, gift cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items may not be returned or exchanged
      • Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a mistake in manufacturing your order
      • During holiday season (Nov 1st to Dec 25th), we will accept your return for exchange or store credit so long as it is received by January 12 the following year.

Hi Friends!

We want to take a minute to explain to all of you why our return policy is what it is. We understand at times this can be frustrating but as a small business owner we do our best to allow for a policy that works for both the store as well as the customer. What most people do not understand are all the fees that are associated with each transaction, both initial purchase as well as a returned item. While big box stores are able to negotiate better rates and therefore offer the customer full returns, we as small business owners are not offered those same rates and as a consequence, those fee’s become detrimental to the business over time.

What we do offer is a personal connection to each one of you. We put a name with each purchase and strive to offer you the best online experience, southern hospitality and all! We know we can’t always compete with Big Box stores but our goal is to hopefully offer you a unique and personal experience that far outweighs what a corporate store can offer. As always, we are grateful for each one of you and thank you for choosing to shop at Two Friends.

Complete the return form by clicking the link located at the bottom of  the page and include it inside all boxes you are returning.

Securely repackage your items for shipping.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx and email us the tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note:

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from or added to the order. If you would like to change the size of an item before it ships feel free to contact us via e-mail at or 912-268-4727. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if your order has not been fulfilled. Personalized orders are not refundable or returnable.

Need a Pre-Paid Return Label?

Please feel free to email or call 912-268-4727 for a USPS return label - $7.95 will be deducted from your Store Credit once your return is processed.


Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Items that are personalized will take up to 2-6 weeks depending on the vendor. Many of our items are drop-shipped from our vendors so shipping could take up to 2 weeks.  We try to inform you of any delays in a timely manners so that you know when to expect your package.
