RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for refund within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date you place your order.

  • All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
  • Returns will be issued in the form of online store credit if items are returned after the 7 day period.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
  • Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
  • Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • During holiday season (Nov 1st to Dec 25th), we will accept your return for store credit only after the 30 days so long as it is received by January 10 of 2018. Sale and coupon code items over 10% off will remain final sale.

 

HOW TO SEND A RETURN BACK:

Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Complete the return form located at the bottom of  the page and include it inside all boxes you are returning.
Securely repackage your items for shipping.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is not reimbursed by Two Friends.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx and email us the tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item before it ships feel free to contact us via e-mail at twofriendsssi@gmail.com or 912-268-4727. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if your order has not been fulfilled. Personalized orders are not refundable or returnable.
